REHACARE 2017: Review & Post Show Report
In its 40th anniversary year, REHACARE 2017 was a successful event with an inspiring mix of exhibition, informative and high-quality supporting programme and entertainment from the fields of culture and sport.
Once again, the developments on the market for a self-determined life inspired tens of thousands of trade visitors and those affected, who were looking for a comprehensive overview of products and information: Thereby, the focus of interest was on intelligent, high-quality aids, groundbreaking innovations and extensive consulting services for elderly people as well as for people with disabilities, care needs and chronic diseases.
Once again, industry professionals and people with a handicap were equally committed to REHACARE, bringing innovations and information to the centre of society.
And if you would like to experience Europe's leading trade fair for rehabilitation and care again, take a look at our videos, reports and photo galleries of REHACARE 2017.

Swanton Care appoints new leadership team
SWANTON Care and Community has appointed a new leadership team following the recent acquisition of the company by Apposite Capital.
Andrew Shelton-Murray is now serving as interim CEO until the arrival of new full-time CEO Garry Cross (pictured) later in the autumn.
Andrew, formerly of Danshell and Inmind Healthcare, has worked in the health and social care sector for more than 30 years. At the end of his tenure as CEO he will become a non-executive director on the Board.
Garry, formerly commercial and acquisitions director of the Lifeways Group, who has worked in the sector for a decade with prior senior management experience in the retail and leisure sectors, will join the company in November.
They are both joined by new operations director Gary Thompson, who as the former head of Autism Care UK together with a senior director role with Lifeways brings over 25 years' experience in social care.
